United Way of Northeast Arkansas has existed to serve our local communities for more than 60 years. United Way currently funds more than 20 local nonprofit programs who have a focus in the areas of education, health, and financial stability.
The most recent ALICE report, which measures the amount of working families that still struggle with costs of living, shows that nearly 49% of households in Northeast Arkansas struggle to make ends meet. United Way seeks to address this concern by supporting the multiple needs of families across Northeast Arkansas. Your gift helps provide individualized access to education and nutritious meals for students in our area, while helping their parents get access to needed services such as job training or free tax preparation.
Workplace campaigns are the backbone of United Way of Northeast Arkansas’ fundraising efforts. Your giving through your workplace enables us to improve the quality of life for families here in Northeast Arkansas. Every gift adds up to measurable change. Your gift of $5 per paycheck provides five preschoolers with one free book a month for a year.
