NEA Sings

United Way of Northeast Arkansas is excited to announce the first ever NEA Sings. The event will celebrate and recognize all the great local musical talent right here in Northeast Arkansas all while giving back to the community in dire need during these unprecedented times. The virtual singing competition and fundraiser is for local bands and musicians in the following counties: Clay, Craighead, Cross, Greene, Jackson, Lawrence, Poinsett, Randolph, and S. Mississippi. 

The Grand Prize winner will receive:
  • $1,000 CASH PRIZE

  • A Produced Musical Performance Video by Anthem Pictures valued at more than $2,500

  • A recording session at Back Beat Music including 4 songs, setup, and 2 producers valued at $1,000

  • A Photoshoot with James Bickham Visuals

  • AND will perform center stage at the next Downtown Jonesboro BBQ Fest.

Money raised during tournament voting will benefit United Way of Northeast Arkansas.
The winner of each match-up is based on the number of votes in the United Way fundraiser with each $1 vote going straight to United Way.
Musicians must live, go to school, or be from Clay, Craighead, Cross, Greene, Jackson, Lawrence, Poinsett, Randolph, or S. Mississippi County. Musicians must be at least 16 years old by September 1, 2021 to enter. Artists under the age of 18 must have consent of a parent or guardian to enter. Click below to enter.
